We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday 30 December 2025 between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on the FACTS School Management platform. This maintenance is required to complete essential platform servicing.
During this maintenance window, we are expecting the API to be down for approximately an hour shortly after the start of maintenance and there will be restarts of services and servers, which will result in intermittent service interruptions.
